fasteners, fuel & brake system components, and other metal

Magni's coatings are not off-the-shelf, but meticulously designed
to meet specific performance criteria. We mill thin-film coatings that resist the corrosive effects of heat, humidity,
chemicals and bi-metallic contact and improve surface characteristics
such as lubricity, conductivity and color.
Why Coatings Work Coatings and platings delay the natural oxidation reaction
of steel in any environment. Every anti-corrosion process uses
either a barrier layer or a sacrificial layer, or combination
of these layers, to prevent the environment from reaching or reacting
with steel.
Benefits of Coatings Our Durable Topcoat layer protects the Zinc Rich Base
coat, allowing the Zinc to last longer in areas where inevitable
perforations occur, such as wrenching damage during part installation.
This topcoat also extends protection against typical automotive
fuels and fluids.
Aluminum Bi-Metallic Pitting Reaction is prevented since
the topcoat actually contains aluminum.
Our Non-Polluting, Environmentally Responsible technology
is totally chrome-free. Magni Coatings and our application processes
are fully compliant and achieve ELV regulations.
There's No Concern for Hydrogen Brittleness because no electrolysis is used in the application process. The coating
is flexible beyond industry extruded dome standards.
